Jamie has been teaching powerskating and strength training for over 20 years. Jamie continues to bring high levels of energy to the rink every day, teaching respect on and off the ice. He encourages players to be the best they can be, no short cuts, teaches accountability and accepting responsibility on and off the ice. Jamie has always believed, confidence is the key, once a player believes they can, they will. Jamie lives by the phrase: every shift, every shot, go hard!

Short Bio About Yourself

Jamie's passion for hockey started in Drayton and Woolwich Minor Hockey in his younger years. Then followed his career through the following teams: (Junior Teams) Elmira Sugar Kings JrB 1987-89 / Kitchener Rangers JrA 1989-90 / Kitchener Rangers/Windsor Spitfires 1990-91 / Waterloo Siskins JrB 1991-92. A few of his accomplishments are : Team Captain of Team Ontario U-17 in 1988, Asst Captain of Kitchener Rangers in 1990-91, Asst Captain or Captain of minor hockey teams at every age, played both forward and defence at every level. Jamie loved to play the game of hockey and always went by the 'first on / last off the ice' attitude.
